Obesity Causing Sexual Impotency: Obesity Effect on Males (Testosterone Hormones)

Obesity might also cause lowering of Testosterone hormone in males which will result in reduced sexual desires. It is already known that obesity causes wide range of health problem and with latest researches, it has been proved that it will also cause impact on sexual ability of the person.

Obesity will cause wide range of problems in this regard. It might result in oligospermia (condition of less number of sperm cells in the semen), Azoospermia (lack of sperm cells in the semen), structural changes in sperm cells, problems in ejaculation, problems in erection, inability of the body to coordinate intercourse, thereby lack of confidence, etc. All these problems relate to inability of the person to reproduce and hence the person might turn childless.

Proper care has to be taken regarding weight management. Along with concentrating on the weight, one has to concentrate on the strength. Because of regular computer jobs, many people are forced to sit in front of computers for longer periods of time. This is causing obesity in many of them. Protruding of stomach, buttocks can be considered as starting stage of obesity and if proper care is not taken, it will lead to many problems.
